3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 11

Today just hit me like a ton of bricks!  I feel exhausted; more so than usual.  That coupled with Seps/Taps assignments and I didn't stop working until 7. 

This whole Narcolepsy thing has really been kicking my butt lately.  I don't know if it's the night meds working overtime into the day, or the day meds driving in the slow lane, but the end result is still the same.

Enough of the worrying and on to something infinitely more interesting.

Yesterday was a rest day which means no exercise posting today, but I still have my nutrition table for you.  I can't forget that or else the Nutrition Gods (or just my Dietician; did I get it right?) will smite me from their eternal throne.

Here's the goods:


Medications/Nutrients AM:
Wellbutrin - 450mg
Adderall XR - 20mg

ON Fish Oil 1 Pill
Remeron - 45mg
Zyprexa - 7.5mg

Went to the Galley. Ate a hard shell beef taco with lettuce and cheese, a piece of corn on the cob, a small fruit bowl of strawberries, 2 peanut butter cookies, 2 pieces of bread with butter and a cup of black iced tea.

Ate some Monster Mix.

Went to the chow hall, ate Salisbury steak, small sweet potato fries, 3 peanut butter cookies and a cup of red PowerAde.

Ate 400 ml of whole wheat pasta with a handful of almonds.  Meds/vitamins.

Drank a cup of Yogi Detox with 5g of creatine.  Drank 8oz of milk with 3 large scoops of coffee ice cream, 3 large spoonfuls of pb and oats.

3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 10

Day 10 complete!!!  Almost half way there!  Day 11 is going to be my rest day, so I'll only be posting nutritional information then.

Galley
These past 10 days have been brutal on my body.  I'm not really sore anywhere, I just feel physically drained.  It's a wonderful feeling to know that I'm actually putting out.

Other than that, nothing new really happened today.  It was uneventful and kind of boring.  I was in a pretty pissy mood because of certain things related to work, but I'm better mood now.
