3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 8

The start of my second week went very smoothly!  I've broke up when I did my exercises and it felt good to have it spread out after that grueling session yesterday.

What up sub-standard food from the chow hall?
I ended up breaking down and buying some Creatine Monohydrate from GNC.  I wanted some plain old creatine and this fit the bill nicely.  I don't normally advocate buying things from GNC, but if you can get something cheap that isn't pushed by the salespeople, by all means go ahead.  I'm actually thinking about applying to the GNC in my hometown once I get out.  Would be kind of nice to get a discount on stuff while trying to help people that are completely lost in the sauce pick some useful supplements.  We shall see I guess.

Anyways, nothing crazy really went down on Day 8; just a solid effort with sexy results:
