3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 5

Fifth day complete!!!  It was a pretty good day.  Getting big pumps from doing bench dips right after pushups.  It's absolutely killer.  Nothing spectacular really went down, just the usual day at the office. 

The homemade ZMA I've been taking has continually been giving me these deep, crazy dreams.  Seriously, if you need help staying asleep, TAKE THIS!  It's always helped me sleep, but I forgot about these dreams.  They get so into detail about the most obscure things that, once you wake up, you feel completely lost until reality hits and you know where you are.

Here's the info for day 5:
