3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 9

I really don't have anything to say, just been a long day and I need to get some sleep.

Medications/Nutrients AM:

Adderall XR - 20mg

Walked to chow hall and ate 2 belgium waffles with 2 peanut butter packets, butter and syrup each.  Cup of red PowerAde with spoonful of creatine.  Meds/vitamins.

Ate an Ostrim Teriyaki Beef/Ostrich Stick and took 1 fish oil.

Went to chow hall.  Ate small portion of turkey chili macaroni, small cup of steamed spinach, broccoli, sugar cookie and a cup of Pepsi.
