3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 2

Here's the roundup of my second day of my fitness challenge:

I woke up at 0857 feeling pretty refreshed.  I think my meds + homemade ZMA is giving me some freakishly realistic dreams.  I'm a pretty lucid dreamer but the stuff that's going on now is absolutely crazy.  I ended up going to the chow hall at 0947 and got myself a belgium waffle with syrup and 2 packets of peanut butter.  I found one of those prefixed packets of Golden Grahams so I had that too.  I got coffee and it was absolutely terrible so I only drank half a cup.

By 1021 I was ready for my workout.  I did a mini two set circuit.  It went 6 pullups, 17 pushups, 50 bicycle crunches and 18 jump squats.  Second set went 4. 10, 25, 15.  I definitely was sore from yesterday and couldn't get any better than that.  I went inside for some bench dips and knocked out 5 sets of 10.

At 1117 I was ready to finish off the bench dips for the day so I did 20, 20, 10.

I was feeling good enough by 1215 to do some more exercises so I did another circuit.  First set: 5, 20, 50, 17.  Second set: 5, 10, 50.  I worked up an appetite so I went inside and made myself a snack.  I took a serving of Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt and put a handful of raisins on top with 7g of chia seeds, oats, 3 large spoonfuls of peanut butter and some maple syrup.  I mixed it all in and dug in.  Absolutely delicious.  I also made some Yogi Green Tea.

By 1339 I did another 2 sets of circuit training.  First set: 5, 20, 25 10.  Second set: 3, 13.  After I finished I went inside to get a banana.  At 1532 I combined a handful of carrots with a handful of almonds and munched for a couple minutes.
An apple a day

At 1745 I ate a granny smith apple and made a sandwich.  It had: a whole wheat sandwich round, peanut butter, Nutella and honey.  Absolutely delicious.  I ended up biking to the rec center at 1850 to update this wonderful blog and had some trail mix.

I knew I still needed to do pullups and calf raises so I headed back around 2040.  The problem was that while I was inside, it started raining.  Hard.  I quickly knocked off my pullups doing: 8, 8, 6 and went inside to dry off and do my 5 sets of 10 for calf raises.  I was done for the day on exercises and I was feeling pretty good, albeit drenched.  I rewarded myself with 5 Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies :)

At 2125 I took my meds/vitamins and made a cup of Yogi Bedtime Tea.  That stuff is good.  30 minutes later I made a protein shake with 8 oz of milk, a scoop of Optimum Nutrition White Chocolate Whey, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter and oats.  Sweet and smooth.  Love it.

I passed out at about 2315 and woke up the next morning at 1017.
