3 Week Challenge: Body Weight Assault Day 3

Here's the roundup of my third day of my fitness challenge; as always, you can skip to the bottom to get the down and dirty of it by viewing my table:

Medications/Nutrients AM:
Wellbutrin - 450mg
Adderall XR - 20mg

Medications/Nutrients PM:
Adderall XR - 20mg (as needed)
Remeron - 45mg
Zyprexa - 5mg
Zinc - 30mg
Magnesium - 500mg
B6 - approx 12 mg

I woke up at 1017 feeling pretty hungry.  Looks like the Remeron is still working.  I walked over to the chow hall and got my usual, a belgium waffle with table syrup, 2 butter cups and 2 packets of peanut butter.  I took my vitamins/meds immediately after.  I did my circuit of Pullup,  Pushup, Bicycle Crunch, Jump Squats.  All five sets were: 5, 10, 20, 10.  I then went inside and did three sets of 15 for bench dips.

I was feeling pretty hungry after that so at 1123 I ate a granny smith apple and took the other half of my multi.  By 1315 I decided to take a handful of carrots and almonds with me on the road while I got my haircut.  After the haircut, I decided to be fat and at 1530 I got the KFC Famous Bowl with two apple turnovers.  That stuff is addicting.

At 1624 I started another circuit, holding the last rep of each set of pullups.  First set: 9, 20, 50, 20.  Second: 5, 14, 25.  Third: 3, 11, 30.  Fourth: 3, 5 15.  Fifth ans Sixth set were just pullups: 3, 2.

After that I ate another granny smith apple, but I cut it into slices and smeared peanut butter all over it.

I wanted to finish my exercises for the day, so while I was nuking my veggie delight pasta, I did 5x10 for single leg calf raises.  I split my pasta into two containers, saving one for the next day.  I ate 525 ml of pasta with 15 cherry tomatoes, a handful of almonds, olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.  Absolutely delicious.

At 2109 I ate a banana with my meds and drank a cup of Yogi Detox Tea since I was out of the Bedtime one.  Detox is absolutely delicious, having a heavy ginger scent.

At 2140 I ate a serving of Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt with 7g of chia seeds, a handful of raisins, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter, oats and honey.  A great bedtime snack.  I passed out around 2230reading the nutrition section of Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding.  He was way ahead of his time compared to others in the way he trained and took care of his body.  A great read for anyone interested in lifting.

I woke up at 0928 feeling pretty rested but still having very weird dreams.

And that's it for day 3!  Thank you for reading.
